WHY IS THE MINIMUM AGE 21+ TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS?
We are happy to offer Mr. Boston wine-based products to consumers in the US in accordance with the National Minimum Drinking Age Act in 1984, establishing 21 as the minimum legal purchase age.
An adult age 21+ must also sign for the order upon delivery.
HOW CAN I CONFIRM THAT MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this shortly after placing an order, please make sure to check any junk or spam filters as some inboxes may mistakenly direct your confirmation there.
I RECENTLY PLACED AN ORDER. WHY DOES IT STILL SAY "PENDING"?
Once your order is placed and you have received the confirmation email, "pending" indicates that your order is currently being processed. This status will not change, but you will receive the shipping confirmation email as indicated above to confirm that your order has been processed and shipped.
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Once placed, we can't make any additions or changes to your order. If you don't want the exact items, you can contact us as quickly as possible during normal business hours to see if the order may be canceled (855) 915-5542 Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm ET.
If your order is processing or it shipped, we can help with a return so you can place a new order.
I WANT TO ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
At this time we do not have advance notice of when additional inventory will become available, so unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any information regarding when an item will be back in stock. Please check back daily to see if the item you are looking for has come back into stock as the store is updated daily as inventory is received.
I LIVE IN A STATE OTHER THAN CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MD, TN, WHY CAN’T I PLACE AN ORDER?
Products containing alcohol are only permitted to be shipped to the above list of states due to regulations in those states at this time. Glassware and barware are available to ship to any state within the US. Please remove the alcohol containing product to proceed through checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YET?
Once your order has shipped you will receive another email confirmation that indicates your tracking number. Once you receive this email, please use the tracking number provided for updates on shipping status and estimated delivery date. Again, please double-check all mailboxes if you have not received this within 3-5 days after placing your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will generally be shipped within 3-5 business days of being received. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

All orders are shipped from Kentucky. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. The time in transit depends on the delivery option selected in the checkout. Time in transit begins after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If an incorrect house number or zip code was entered, then the package may be marked as "return to sender" and returned to our warehouse.
You will receive an automatic refund for "return to sender" deliveries. Please double-check that your address is accurate for future orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We may consider returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis within 10 days of purchase if your product has been damaged during delivery through no fault of your own if the incorrect item is delivered, or the item is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise not consumable. If you would like us to consider a possible return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (855) 915-5590. You may be required to provide a valid picture of the damaged product and follow any additional instructions or requests. If a return or exchange is granted, we will refund a return or offer a product replacement.
